The jib supports cameras weighing up to 13 pounds, and features independent pan and tilt locks. It extends from 21.5 to 50″ from the fulcrum point. When mounting the jib to tripod, not included, please take incto account the weight of the jib arm, camera, accessories, and any counterbalance weights.
The included threaded weight rod threads into the counterbalance tail shaft of the jib. This allows you to locally source optional gym style weights to counterbalance your jib. Using the included weight bag with carabiner and washer allows you to mount the weight bag on the threaded weight rod, and then add and remove weight to counterbalance you set up without having to remove the counterweight retaining nut.
The jib will be really userfull if you gonna shoot in Thailand with very limited budget and crew on locations where you cant carry heavy profeccion cinema equipment.
