MAGIC RING Handheld Gimbal Ring with ARRI-Style Rosette Adapter is available for rent in Thailand and lets you get a grip on your handheld gimbal from nearly any angle.
The wide grip area widens the center of gravity and also provides a grip area for operator handoffs for otherwise impossible shots. The included base support legs allow you to set the ring with your gimbal on a flat surface when it’s not in use or for static shots. Most handheld gimbals such as the DJI Ronin, DJI Ronin M, DJI Ronin MX, DJI RS2, RS3, DJI Ronin-S, Moza Air/AirCross 2, or Feiyu AK series handheld gimbals will fit into the quick-release base mount, and the entire unit can be disassembled for space-saving when not in use.
This ring is well built and makes it easier for me to operate my crane while using an easy rig type suport. The crane 3s screw mount feels stable sturdy which is important since that’s how you connect to the ring. Its screw did not become more loose during use which was a big plus. The rosette mount that came included with the ring was convenient. I use it for my nano wheel. The material is very high quality. The locks and handles are very sturdy and don’t have any play which is perfect!
